2. Salary for Students, Observerships, and Interns
- Interns (post-MBBS) in Jamaica are paid, see salary here .
- Clerks/Medical students on rotations: unpaid.
- Observers: paid, see salary here or unpaid, there are 2 options
3. Application Fee for Internship/Clerkship
- Application fees vary by hospital. Public hospitals usually don’t charge for internship.
- Clerkships(students): Some hospitals (esp. private or university-affiliated) charge USD $50–200, Others don't, see fees here.
